Our esteemed director, Cora Lee Khambatta, will receive the Betty Kreiger music award on Sunday Sept. 25 at 2:30 pm, following the Award Brunch, at  Knights of Columbus Hall, 5115 Little Falls Rd., Arlington.  All Spanish Chorus members (advanced and not) who wish to participate in the performance on Sept. 25 should come to two rehearsals:

Tuesday, September 13th and  Tuesday September 20th from 6:30 to 7:30 pm at Randolph Music Room. Please send an email to Cora Lee at coraleeev@verizon.net by September 7th if your child(ren) will participate in the performance on Sept. 25. Please advise if you will be eating brunch at the hall.

The Betty Kreiger Award Brunch will be held September 25th at 1:00 pm at the Knights of Columbus Hall. Chorus members and their families are welcome to make reservations to eat at the Guild brunch. The cost for adults is $20, Children $10, or they can just choose to have dessert. Miriam Miller said that she could treat the chorus members to dessert. She did not offer to treat the families, so I guess that means the family members would have to pay $1.50 for dessert (unless we get a clear idea who is going and pay for each family member ourselves).
